Groups and ranks on the member
Each athlete carries a training group (U10, U13, cadets, adults, or beginners / advanced for a boxing gym) and a rank where the style has one: kyu and dan grades, belt colours, geup and poom. The group filters the attendance sheet and the fee grid; the rank is there when grading day comes and you need the list of who is due.
Fees that fit families
Two siblings on the mat, a reduced fee for the second: set it once on the member. An adult who also coaches the little ones and pays nothing: a custom fee of zero keeps them in the list without showing as a debtor.
Licences, gradings and tournaments
The federation licence, the grading fee, the medical check, the entry fee for the regional tournament and the new gloves bought through the club are member payments with a reason, kept apart from monthly fees. At the end of the season you still see how much went through the club for competitions and gear.
Attendance in thirty seconds
Line-up, bow or glove touch, and the coach ticks the group on the phone. A week later it is still editable, so the assistant coach who forgot can fix it. The member's card shows their last trainings, which settles the question of whether a child really comes often enough to grade or to be entered in a competition.
Sparring nights and camps
The schedule holds trainings and events: an open sparring night, a seminar with a visiting coach, the summer camp, the club championship. Duplicate a training a week ahead with one tap, keep the plan of the session in its note, and the dashboard shows everyone what is next.
