Connect MyClubBook to Claude and ask in plain words: who still owes this month, who came to Tuesday's training, what is on this week. You can also record a payment or mark attendance just by saying so. Every change is shown to you first and happens only when you confirm.

What the assistant can do

Answer

  • Who still owes their fee this month, and for how much
  • Everything about a member: contact, group, paid until, trainings this month
  • The trainings and events coming up, with the coach's note
  • Who was present at a training
  • Income, expenses and the balance for any months
  • Which members are missing details

Do, after you confirm

  • Record a monthly fee payment
  • Mark members present at a training, one by one or the whole group
  • Add a training or repeat one next week
  • Update your own note for the team

The assistant first shows exactly what it is about to do and asks. Nothing is written until you say yes. Deleting members, payments or clubs is not possible through the assistant at all.

How to connect

  1. Open Claude's connectors

    In Claude (web or desktop) go to Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

  2. Paste the MyClubBook address

    Name it MyClubBook and paste https://app.myclubbook.com/api/mcp as the URL. No client ID or secret is needed.

  3. Sign in and allow

    Click Connect. A MyClubBook window opens: sign in if needed, read what the assistant may do and press Allow.

  4. Ask

    Back in Claude, enable the MyClubBook connector in the chat and ask: "Who still owes this month?"

Your rights, your rules

Your role, nothing more

The assistant has exactly the permissions your account has. A coach's assistant cannot change fees or delete anything, just like the coach.

Preview, then confirm

Every change is described before it is made and needs your yes. The audit log shows which changes came through the assistant.

Disconnect any time

Profile → Connected apps lists every connection and lets you remove it. Access expires on its own after an hour and is renewed only while you keep using it.

Open standard

MyClubBook speaks MCP with OAuth sign-in, the standard that AI assistants use. Claude works today; others can follow.
