Groups by level
Beginners, intermediate, the performance group: set the group on each dancer and every teacher sees only their own sheets, while the owner sees the whole school.
Fees and the costume fund
Monthly fees in the grid; costume deposits, competition entries and the recital tickets as other payments with a reason. Parents' questions about what was paid when are answered from the member's page.
Rehearsals and the recital
Weekly classes repeat with one tap. Extra rehearsals before the show and the show itself are events with place and time, shown on everyone's dashboard. The teacher's note on a class (run the second half of the piece) is there for the substitute teacher.
Attendance before the show
Who has been at the rehearsals matters when the formation is set. Teachers tick the group after each class; the member's page shows the last ten; the export gives attendance per dancer for the month.
Several teachers, one owner
Teachers record payments at the door and attendance; the owner manages members, prices and the school's income and expenses. Everything is logged, nothing is lost when a teacher leaves.
