An age group is a training group
U7, U9, U11 up to the seniors: every player belongs to a group, the coach sees their own group's attendance sheet, the treasurer sees all. Moving a player up a group at the end of the season is one edit.
Fees, kit and tournament money
Monthly fees fill the grid. The kit, the tournament trip, the winter indoor hall share are recorded as other payments with a reason, so the family's history is complete and nothing pretends to be a fee.
Match days are events
Trainings repeat; matches do not. Put league games and tournaments in the schedule as events with place and time, and the parents who sign in see them next to the trainings. The coach's note on a training (today: pressing drills) is visible to the other coaches too.
Attendance that settles arguments
Who trained three times this week and who turned up only for the match: the coach ticks the squad after the session, the member's page shows the last ten trainings, and the export gives the board attendance per player for the month.
Many coaches, clear roles
Coaches record payments and attendance and read everything else. Managers and the owner edit members, fees and the club's income and expenses. Every change is logged with who did it.
