MyClubBook

For judo clubs

The dojo's book, kept by everyone who teaches

A judo club has children's groups by age, a senior group, belt exams twice a year, a competition calendar and a federation licence for everyone who fights. MyClubBook was shaped by clubs like this.

Groups and ranks on the member

Each judoka carries a training group (U10, U13, cadets, seniors) and a rank (6th kyu white to 1st dan and beyond). The group filters the attendance sheet and the fee grid; the rank is there when exam day comes and you need the list of who is due to grade.

Fees that fit families

Two siblings on the mat, a reduced fee for the second: set it once on the member. A senior who also coaches the little ones and pays nothing: a custom fee of zero keeps them in the list without showing as a debtor.

Licences, exams and tournaments

The federation licence, the exam fee and the entry fee for the regional tournament are member payments with a reason, kept apart from monthly fees. At the end of the season you still see how much went through the club for competitions.

Attendance in thirty seconds

Line-up, bow, and the coach ticks the group on the phone. A week later it is still editable, so the assistant coach who forgot can fix it. The member's card shows their last trainings, which settles the question of whether a child really comes often enough to grade.

Randori nights and camps

The schedule holds trainings and events: an open randori, a summer camp, the club championship. Duplicate a training a week ahead with one tap, keep the plan of the session in its note, and the dashboard shows everyone what is next.
